The product tour

Don't read about it. Click it.

Every frame on this page is the actual dashboard, running on demo data — not a concept render. Six chapters: how you talk to it, what it shows you, how it earns trust, the spine underneath, the receipts, and the rep side.

01 · How you run it

    Talk to it.

This is the whole front door: a greeting, the overnight receipts, and a composer. "Stop offering Saturday slots." "How did we do this week?" "Chase the quotes that went quiet." Changes preview before they apply, and every action is audited.

    • Plain-English commands, previewed before they take effect
    • The overnight brief opens every morning — calls, jobs, dollars, and the short list that needs you
    • Ask anything about your own business and get a real answer

    Good evening, Dana

Overnight I answered 9 calls and booked 5 jobs — $2,026 booked. 16 things need you.

The real command chat — try it. Canned demo replies.
    02 · The morning glance

    Watch it work.

One screen, no digging: the overnight brief, what's live on the wire right now, what landed on the books, and the short list that actually needs you. Most owners check it once over coffee — everything else runs without them, and the brief lives right here in the app.

    • The live feed fills itself — every row traces to a real conversation
    • Amber means a human is the bottleneck: you, and only ever you
    • Flip the vocabulary: customers or clients, quotes or refills

    03 · Trust, made visible

    Trust, on a ladder.

Every agent starts on the cautious end: it drafts, you approve. The queue is where those asks land — with receipts — and the ladder shows exactly how much rope each agent has, per action. Approvals pile up unchanged and the agent proposes its own promotion, with its track record attached.

    • Approve-first by default — nothing surprising on day one
    • Locked capabilities stay honestly locked until counsel signs off
    • Try it: the green button is armed

    04 · The spine

    Every action is an event.

Calls, texts, bookings, approvals, dollars — each one lands in an append-only ledger the moment it happens. Ask "why did you do that?" about anything and get the actual reasoning back.

    One gate. No exceptions.

Every outbound message from every agent passes ONE enforcer: consent scope, quiet hours in the customer's own timezone, frequency caps, DNC. The scheduler proposes; the queue disposes.

Held is held. Blocked is blocked.

A send that misses the window parks until morning — visibly. A DNC never goes out, ever. Compliance isn't a checkbox here; it's the architecture, and you can watch it work.

    05 · The receipts

    Attribution with receipts.

Recovered revenue is counted only when the rebooked job actually completes — booked-but-not-done stays pipeline, never headline. Every bar in the bridge traces to the appointments behind it, and the Wrapped card is the shareable proof.

    • Completion-based counting your accountant will sign off on
    • Attribution by agent and stream — under-claim by default
    • The month ends with a receipt, not a vibe

    06 · For teams and roll-ups

    Built for teams.

The same spine powers the rep side: a call sheet with pre-call intel, a dialer with announced recording, one-tap outcomes that sync to your CRM of record — and every call graded into a coaching queue. Four tools' worth of workflow, one pane, one database.

    • Pre-call intel: prior calls, unresolved objections, talk-time
    • Every rep call graded, clipped, and coachable
    • Prospects are structurally barred from AI contact — reps make every first touch

Dana! Marcus with Acme Home Services — you asked me to circle back once you'd talked to your insurer.

    Dana0:12

Right — they approved it, but honestly your quote came in higher than my brother-in-law's guy.

    Marcus0:22

Totally fair to compare. Can I walk you through what the $14,200 actually covers — and the monthly option most storm claims use?

    Dana1:22

Okay, the per-month framing helps. If the insurer letter clears, when could a crew start?

    Marcus1:36

Thursday. I'll book the insurer walkthrough for tomorrow at 8 and text you the confirmation.
